1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using PlusCarwash Australia's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. BOOKING & PAYMENT
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is required at the time of booking or upon service completion, depending on the service type.
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
3. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation and refund policies:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment receive a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may incur a 50% cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service fee
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
4. SERVICE LIABILITY
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, PlusCarwash Australia is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or damage caused by vehicle defects. We recommend inspecting your vehicle before and after service.
5. VEHICLE CONDITION
Customers are responsible for:
- Removing personal belongings from the vehicle
- Disclosing any existing damage before service
- Ensuring the vehicle is accessible and unlocked
- Providing accurate vehicle information
6. MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Unlimited Wash Club memberships:
- Monthly membership fees are charged automatically
- Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice
- Unused services do not roll over to the next month
- Membership benefits are non-transferable
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PlusCarwash Australia and is protected by Australian copyright laws.
